30 days in Heaven! Thanks for the rescue in making my 50th birthday an Aloha to remember. I did not want to leave this spot. The water moving over the rocks is so entrancing, the huge waves during the storm, whales spouting and the hundreds of spinner dolphins. But the snorkeling was the best.

This was our second year in a row staying at Alligator and I hope to come back next year. The house is set up perfect for our family and is feeling like a second home to us. The location is ideal and the sunsets are awesome, until next time, cheers!

Best vacation EVER!!! We booked this as a 'once in a lifetime trip' with our 3 grown children, their spouses and 10 month-old granddaughter. I have to admit that we were nervous about what was shown on the website. We wondered if it really could be as nice as the pictures--it was even BETTER!!! The house had everything we needed for a fun and comfortable stay. After touring the island, the pool was the perfect place to relax and visit with each other. There was great accessibility to grocery shopping and restaurants. It didn't hurt being close to Waimea Bay and, (shhh) the secret beach within walking distance was magical as we watched the sea turtles feeding at sunset. We had plenty of room in the house which has a perfect layout. The temperature in the house was always comfortable as many windows caught the lovely breeze. The owner really exemplified the aloha spirit by making sure our questions were answered before, during and after our stay. He went out of the way to see that the baby had a high chair since there was not one in the list of items provided. We thought his welcome gift to us was a very considerate gesture: fresh pineapple and bag of Macademia nuts. All 8 of us agreed that when (not if) we can get back to Hawaii, we'd love to rent this house and start a family tradition of great vacations!

Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely beach house. It was ideal for the eight of us with my husband and I in the downstairs' studio separate from the rest of the family who were in three bedrooms upstairs that had a huge kitchen and living room area that led to a huge lanai (balcony in Hawaiian) where we all barbequed frequently. Under the house next to the stairs, it was nice having warm water also (some places only have cold water) where you can rinse off the salt and sand after being on the beach. We had a picnic table and lounge chairs to use at our convenience. I especially liked the location as it was next to Shark's Cove - a scuba diving, snorkling, tide-pooling, and swimming mecca. The sunsets (of which we took many pictures) were magnificent (hence called - Sunset Beach). The children liked watching the sea turtles swim by. At night from the balcony, it was exciting to see the scuba divers with their blue flashlights in the water either exploring or fishing. Foodland Supermarket is right up the street with the famous Ted's Bakery about a mile the other way. My daughters jogged to Waimea Bay (about 1 mile away) and jumped off the famous rock. Haleiwa is about three miles away with many local shops and restaurants. Customer Service was very warm and accommodating -excellent Aloha spirit. It was the ultimate living-on-the-beach dream with the surfers even if it was just for ten days. It was very relaxing and stress-free. Standing from the beach, this house "stands up" to the rest of the homes beside it. You've got to see and vacation in it for yourselves! Yes, I would definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting Oahu.

The home was absolutely beautiful. It exceeded our expectations. It was expansive, tastefully decorated, clean and well maintained, including the landscape around the pool area. The house had everything we needed, down to the smallest details ( hand soap in all bathrooms, shampoos in the outside shower,citronella candles in the lanai, toys, skim boards, etc,etc). The owner was very helpful and accommodating. The Rental Manager even came by just to make sure that we were ok. We spent a lot of time in the house cooking and grilling, swimming in the pool and just relaxing in the lanai watching each breathtaking sunset. The home is close to the best beaches ( Sunset Beach for sure), restaurants (Ted's bakery) , food trucks ( Tons in Haleiwa), Shave Ice ( Matsumoto's) and a few minutes away from Foodland for grocery shopping. We love the North Shore and this home made it a memorable vacation. We would definitely come back!

Beautiful views (including perfect perch for sunset watching), snorkeling/ diving and beach access right outside the door. Generous and considerate accomodations for adults and children. Feels like home away from home but even better. Also very conveniently located near grocery store and dive shops. My whole family loved it! We cannot wait to go back.

The customer service was amazing! I was able to book this wonderful home at the very last minute. They had the house ready for me within 2 hours of a last minute booking. I am so appreciative of the help I received. It made this challenging vacation really easy for us! What I liked best about this unit was the large and modern kitchen with decks that looked out onto the ocean. The large bedrooms and bathrooms were also a great plus.

The House was wonderful,and location was great. We were traveling with young children, and the trip was very enjoyable. The customer service I received was very organized and responsive to my questions. I would recommend this vacation rental to my friends and family.
